Eric Shapiro is a highly successful and well-known personal injury and wrongful death attorney who represents individuals and family members who suffered harm as a result of someone else’s actions.
Eric prides himself in obtaining the best results for his personal injury clients. Eric enjoys an excellent reputation throughout the legal community because of his integrity, honesty, aggressiveness, and professionalism.
Eric is passionate about his work, and protecting injured individuals from overbearing insurance carriers provides him with a true sense of satisfaction. You can trust Eric to obtain the best results for your case.
Eric was born in Chicago, Illinois, and as a child moved with his family from Chicago to Phoenix. Eric grew up in Phoenix and graduated from Camelback High School.
After earning his law degree at Arizona State University, Eric was admitted to practice law in Arizona and became a member of the State Bar of Arizona in the 1990s. He is also a member in good standing of the State Bar of California.
After an initial period of employment with a local high-profile personal injury law firm, Eric decided to “hang his own shingle” and established Eric S. Shapiro, Attorney at Law, P.L.C., dba Shapiro Law Group. The firm name has recently changed to Shapiro Injury Law as they celebrate their 25th year of serving injury clients.
Eric is affiliated with several legal organizations; however, he remains most active with the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association/American Association of Justice and the American Civil Liberties Union.
As the owner and founding member of the Shapiro Injury Law (Formerly know as Shapiro Law Group), Eric operates and supervises the firm while simultaneously representing his clients’ interests. Over the course of the past 20-plus years, Eric has personally participated in hundreds of mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials in an effort to maximize his clients’ recoveries from personal injuries.
Eric has the knowledge and experience to provide you with the finest representation regardless of whether your injury claim arises from any of the following situations:
In his free-time, Eric enjoys time with his daughter, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, off-roading, and playing basketball (although his defensive skills have greatly diminished over the years).
