Claudia has extensive knowledge in handling cases involving:

• premises liability (slip and fall),
• automobile collisions,
• motorcycle collisions,
• truck collisions, and
• animal attacks.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Claudia is personable and handles her cases with an understanding of each client’s unique set of circumstances. She is especially empathetic to our clients’ needs and the difficulties that they face as they work toward restoring their lives. Claudia works diligently to assist the firm’s attorneys in providing aggressive representation that yields the most favorable outcome for each client.

Claudia is an Arizona native and a Sunnyslope High School graduate. Initially, Claudia dreamed of becoming a medical office manager, and she graduated from Apollo College with a certification as a Medical Administrative Assistant (Claudia graduated with a perfect 4.0 grade point average).

After a few years working in the medical industry, Claudia made a career change and joined a well-known and largely commercialized Phoenix personal injury law firm as an entry-level intake specialist.

The firm quickly recognized Claudia’s potential, natural ability and passion for personal injury law and moved her into a supportive role where she worked directly on personal injury cases alongside the paralegals and attorneys. Claudia was advanced to a paralegal position by the litigation managing attorney at the firm in 2013. Claudia left the large law firm environment in 2016 to join Shapiro Injury Law (Formerly know as Shapiro Law Group), where her ability to be a lead paralegal was instantly identified.

Claudia is not one to be content, and she is working toward her bachelor's degree in Legal Studies and NALA (National Association of Legal Assistants) Advanced Paralegal Certification in Personal Injury Law.
